Blue Screen Solutions is a small computer support and repair business located in Charlestown, Rhode Island.  We can service computers anywhere in the United States remotely as long as the computer has a stable Internet connection.  We perform on-site service anywhere in RI for those issues which cannot be resolved remotely.

If you do not see a service you are looking for on our services page, please inquire.  We may provide it or be able to refer you to someone who does.

We believe that most people can perform basic computer maintenance with freely available software.

Our philosophy regarding computer support:

Think of your computer in the same way as you would think of your car.
Both are machines, both require maintenance and both can break down.
You can learn how to maintain and repair either one or choose to have an expert repair them.
Your car mechanic charges an hourly rate plus the cost for parts, no different than how we charge.
If your mechanic finds something wrong and you choose to not have it repaired, they still charge you for the time it took to diagnose the problem.
