Warranty (see Disclaimers and Warranty link for full details):. In servicing your computer, Blue Screen Solutions warrants that service will be performed in a professional and timely manner. All services are warranted for a period of 14 days at the discretion of Blue Screen Solutions.  Virus, spyware, adware or malware issues may not be warrantied if Blue Screen Solutions determines that reinfection was caused by visiting pornographic web sites or using Peer to Peer file sharing software as these often can be the cause of infections.

Virus and Spyware removal
  - removal of existing viruses and spyware, Windows repair and installation/configuration of anti-virus and anti-spyware programs

Microsoft Windows repair and upgrades   - resolution for Windows error messages, bootup issues, Internet issues, etc.  Upgrades or clean installations of Windows operating systems.

Computer repair and upgrades
 - diagnosis and repair of hardware-related issues, hardware upgrades.

Software and hardware installation and configuration   - assistance with any software installation and configuration.
  - installation and configuration of printers, scanners, cameras, hard drives, cd/dvd drives, etc.

Home networking   - troubleshooting and setup of home networking components.

Tutoring   - basic computer use, Internet, Microsoft Office

Data Recovery   - scan and attempt recovery of lost / deleted files from your computer, memory card, CD/DVD, etc.  Files can be returned to you on a portable drive provided by you, burned to DVD or transported on one of our external drives and transferred back to your PC.
